Meet Our Coaches
Chloe Robinson- Head Coach
Chloe hails from New York’s Hudson Valley. This area is part of the aboriginal homelands of the
Haudenosaunee people, and creators of lacrosse. In many ways, Chloe has experienced lacrosse in the way it was meant to be played; as a medicine game. She began playing lacrosse when her Dad started a girl’s lacrosse program when she was nine. Playing lacrosse with her dad and closest friends has filled her life with so much joy. Her early experiences with lacrosse planted the seeds for her current coaching philosophy; to showcase lacrosse as the medicine game it is and center joy always. Chloe firmly believes that lacrosse should be fun and the hard work required to be a good player prepares young women for success in all aspects of their life. Chloe aspires to instill work ethic and kindness in her players.
Chloe was a midfielder and draw taker at Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. Playing in the competitive NESCAC league while balancing rigorous academics was an exciting and prideful experience that has given her tools for life– DIII rocks! She studied Gender Studies and Rhetoric with the aspirations to use her voice to empower women and make positive change in the world. After an incredible and wilderness filled two years with the Montana Conservation Corps, Chloe is putting roots in Montana and is honored and excited to contribute to the good work of growing the game of Lacrosse here in Missoula. Marias McAdams- Assistant Coach
Meet Marias!
Coach Marias began her lacrosse career as a defender, but an ACL injury forced her to step away from the game for a season. That time in recovery didn’t just rebuild her knee — it reshaped her mindset. When she returned, she made the bold switch to goalie, embracing a new challenge and a new role on the field.
That experience sparked her passion for strength training and injury prevention. Today, she is a full-time personal trainer and strength coach dedicated to helping women become stronger, more confident, and more resilient athletes.
As Assistant Coach, she is committed to developing a team that is not only skilled, but physically prepared — focused on strength, durability, and reducing injuries so every player can perform at her best all season long.
