Pre-Season Indoor Practice (no additional charge and players do not need to be formally registered for spring season yet)- location and times TBD.

Hype House preseason training
Optional pre-season or year round strength training with Coach Marias at the Hype House. Discounts for lacrosse players available.
2026 Pre-Season
No need to register for Pre-season practices, these are free and open to all high school girls interested in learning about lacrosse!
